Since 2020, BAPE and COMME des GARÇONS have found common ground to deliver a series of collaborative seasonal collections. With the sunny days imminent, it's time for the two brands to come together again for another Spring/Summer offering. In this BAPE x CDG collection, the long-standing partners merge the graphics and signage of the two labels to take their collaboration, already rich in several seasons, to new horizons.
The SS24 collection sees the duo lean into workwear styles, with the use of hickory stripes and chambray fabrics across the range. Neon colors serve as accents on the clothing, with lettering popping out in bright blue and pink.
A hickory-striped rain jacket comes in a short-sleeve silhouette, with snaps at the stand-up collar and a zipper that runs down the middle. A co-branded logo is embroidered on the chest with a different one embossed on the back of the neck. A pair of matching hickory striped shorts accompanies it.
Other pieces include a graphic tee with co-branded lettering in blue overlaid on the Bathing Ape logo. Another t-shirt features three monkeys in pink with CDG written underneath in pink.
The collection will be partially available for purchase on Saturday April 13!
