Stussy and Levi's have announced a collaboration to celebrate the anniversary of 501 Jeans. This denim capsule collection features a twist on classic denim with the Type II Trucker Jacket from Levi's.
The capsule features washed denim jackets with distressed corduroy collars, red Levi's fabric labels, button closures and co-branded embossed logos on the back. The matching 501 jeans have the classic red jacrons, copper rivets and the same circular embossed logo below the left knee and on the right back leg.
The jackets and pants feature an embossed logo combining the emblems of the two brands. To complete the collection, a personalized patch on the back, a special embossed pocket and an anniversary pocket have been included.
The Levi's Type II Trucker Jacket has been reworked with a boxy fit, relaxed armholes, welt pockets and a distressed corduroy collar. All buttons feature the co-branded logo, while the interior lining hides the Stussy eight-ball logo print. The back features the stamp emblem in a bold, textured way.
The advertising campaign to launch this collaboration was produced by photographer and filmmaker Frank Lebon. The collection is scheduled to launch on February 24, 2023, and will be available online on both brands' websites, as well as in select Stussy and DSM boutiques worldwide.
This collaboration combines the Californian heritage of the two brands to offer a modern and refined denim collection. Stussy and Levi's have successfully combined their unique style to offer a trendy collection that celebrates the anniversary of the iconic 501 Jeans.
