London-based designer Kiko Kostadinov made a notable appearance at Paris Fashion Week to present his Spring/Summer 2024 menswear collection. His fascination with academia continues, with a college-ready wardrobe school, suitable for different personalities of students. If the clothes caused a stir, Kostadinov's shoe offerings were surprisingly understated.
Kiko Kostadinov's ASICS NOVALIS line has been revealed for the first time, with models hitting the catwalk in new silhouettes. Announced earlier this year, the collaboration aims to connect mind, body and sound through innovation and functionality.
The Bulgarian designer presented his first unique design during his SS24 show, featuring an ultra-chunky model with yellow and brown embossed leather uppers. The ASICS Tiger Stripes logo is embossed on the medials, while the abstract ASICS NOVALIS script is pressed into the ankles. Lacing systems and tongues are highlighted with tonal mesh details and complemented by rubber soles reminiscent of Kostadinov's Tonkin lace-up shoe.
