TH grew up in an environment where music took center stage. From his childhood shared between Fort-de-France and Seine-Saint-Denis, he was rocked by the records of legends like Bob Marley and Otis Redding, played by his mother, to the mixtapes of rap figures such as Alpha 5.20 and Playboi Carti. This passion for discovery quickly transformed into a need to create, giving birth to a unique style, characterized by nonchalant placements, raw writing and captivating vocal variations.
The first signs of recognition came with his series of freestyles “Macabre” and his singles launched in 2021, but it was in 2023 that TH really stood out with his project SIGNAL, published in three parts. This project attracted the attention of listeners and the media, and TH was invited by Ikaz Boi on "OSIMHEN", before unveiling "THC" featuring Diddi Trix. In January 2024, he released "SIGNAL II", a 7-track EP which further refines his musical and visual aesthetic.
The “E-TRAP” mixtape continues to explore this unique style. Made up of 12 tracks, it is the fruit of the work of talented producers like BBP, Reese3019, JayJay and Notinbed. Faithful to its macabre, introspective and confessional universe, TH unveils pieces like "BLUESTORM", "PILULE" or "E-MOTION". But he also doesn't hesitate to explore other, more festive sounds, influenced by the club, with titles like "CANETTE ENERGISANTE" and "LE TERRAIN".
For the first time, TH invites other artists to its project, and not just any artists: Stavo, a French-speaking trap figure, on "JUVENILE DELINQUANCE", and Alpha Wann, one of the great figures of French rap , on "ISUZU". These collaborations bring a new dimension to his music, while strengthening his artistic identity.
Even before the release of this new mixtape, TH had already distinguished itself at the start of the year by appearing in the selection of Konbini's Talents of Tomorrow and by being spotted among the 2024 revelations of Inrocks. This recognition is a testament to the growing impact of his music and unique style.
TH's music, although deeply rooted in mundane everyday life, is distinguished by its originality and authenticity. She mixes cruel images and a furious desire to escape with disconcerting ease. As TH continues to chart his path, his mixtape “E-TRAP” marks an important step in his rise.
