HYTRAPE provides digital access after payment. Before access or download begins, you may contact us to request the cancellation of your order.

Immediate Access and Right of Withdrawal

When you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge the potential loss of the right of withdrawal after performance has begun, the exception provided by law may apply. This rule does not limit your legal rights when the content is defective, inaccessible, or does not conform to what was advertised.

Cases That May Lead to a Solution

• purchase billed twice;
• inaccessible, corrupted, or incomplete file;
• material discrepancy between the product and its description;
• incompatibility with software or a version expressly advertised as compatible;
• any other case mandated by applicable law.

Cases Normally Not Eligible After Access

• change of mind after download when the required consent has been validly obtained;
• absence of software, font, or third-party element clearly indicated as necessary or not included;
• misuse or modification of the file outside of its documentation.
