HYTRAPE does not automatically equate the use of an AI tool with a defect in quality. However, its use must be declared, rights must be defensible, and the actual creative intervention must be understandable.

Information requested from the creator

• Tool or model used when it contributed to the delivered content.
• Nature of use: ideation, assistance, partial generation or generation of elements.
• Proportion of human work: selection, retouching, composition, recording, vectorization, documentation or other transformation.
• Possible presence of recognizable third-party data, images, voices, brands or styles.
• Terms of use of the tool compatible with commercial distribution.

Content likely to be accepted

An AI-assisted product may be reviewed when its use is declared, the resource provides identifiable creative and technical value, files are properly prepared, and the creator can answer questions about provenance.

Refused content

• Raw output published in volume without significant selection or editorial work.
• Deceptive imitation of an artist, studio, brand or identifiable person.
• Content including a protected image, voice, work or element without sufficient basis.
• Deliberately concealed provenance or inconsistent declaration.
• Promise of exclusive rights when such exclusivity cannot be demonstrated.

Buyer information

When AI data is provided for a product, it must be visible in the product sheet information. The absence of a badge should not be interpreted as a certification that no automated tool was used; it only means that no confirmed public data is available.
