Purchase-linked Review
Feedback linked by the review system to an order or a buyer who received an invitation after purchase.
Unverified Review
Feedback whose link to an order is not confirmed. It should not receive the verified purchase badge.
Community Creation
An example of work created with a resource and published with the author's permission. It is not automatically a review.
Editorial Testimonial
Content selected to illustrate an experience. Its context and origin must be indicated.
Publication and Moderation
A review may be moderated if it contains personal data, spam, threats, illegal content, or if it does not relate to the product experience. A negative opinion is not, in itself, a reason for deletion.
Rating Calculation
When the review system provides an aggregated rating and a number of reviews, HYTRAPE uses this data. In the absence of real data, no substitute average is generated. Structured data must not announce a rating different from that visible on the page.
Right of Reply and Correction
A creator can reply to a review using the available features. A buyer can request correction of personal data or report a factual error. HYTRAPE may request proof of order before assigning a verified badge.
What We Refuse
- Reviews written or purchased by the seller to simulate a customer experience.
- Static ratings injected into the theme without a real source.
- Undeclared rewarded incentive.
- Selective deletion of reviews solely because they are negative.
- Customer or download counters not linked to verifiable data.
