Intellectual Property Policy

Each creator must hold the necessary rights to distribute their resource and grant the presented license. HYTRAPE organizes the marketplace but does not become the owner of the sellers' creations.

Creator's Responsibilities

• Retain source files and elements that establish the work's provenance.
• Identify fonts, images, videos, samples, 3D models, plugins, or third-party components.
• Verify that their licenses permit the intended integration and redistribution.
• Obtain necessary authorizations for recognizable individuals, brands, or works.
• Do not present content as exclusive if it cannot be.

Elements That May Be Requested

Depending on the report, HYTRAPE may request source files, creation dates, contracts, license invoices, authorizations, communications with a rights holder, or any other evidence proportionate to the problem.

Reporting

The rights holder or their authorized representative can use the reporting form. They must identify the product concerned, the original work, the nature of the infringement, and provide a means of contact.

Processing

1. Verification of the completeness of the report.
2. Examination of URLs, evidence, and available information.
3. Potential request for elements from the creator or the reporter.
4. Proportionate measure: correction, restriction, suspension, or withdrawal.
5. Retention of a record of the decision and the elements received.

HYTRAPE does not act as a court to resolve complex disputes. A precautionary measure may be taken when the risk is serious, without prejudging the final legal decision.

Abuse and Good Faith

Reports must be accurate and made in good faith. A manifestly deceptive, repetitive, or malicious request may be rejected. The transmitted data is used to analyze and process the request.
