Parisian performance sportswear brand Satisfy is officially teaming up with eyewear company Oakley for a collaborative collection aimed at redefining running wear. Planned in two parts, Satisfy and Oakley used Instagram to tease the first release.
A two-part collaboration
The first part of this collaborative series will focus on eyewear, specifically new versions of Oakley's popular Re:SubZero sunglasses. The sunglasses are available in two different colorways for the first launch, arriving in matte powder pink with a Prizm Dark Golf lens and another version in matte black with a Prizm Black lens. A month after its release, the second part of the collection will present a third pair of sunglasses, the Oakley x Satisfy Eye Jacket.
A complete collection of running clothing
In addition to the third pair of sunglasses, the second release will feature the rest of the apparel collection to complement the Oakley x Satisfy Eye Jacket Sunglasses. This particular pair of sunglasses comes with a matte brown frame and will feature different lenses. The clothing collection includes a MothTech t-shirt that stands out for its ventilation and moisture-wicking material. Other pieces include a version of the Satisfy Auralite Base Layer T-shirt that features light panels under the arms, a pair of Justice Cargo Half Tight Pants with cargo pockets for functionality and mesh ventilation for breathability. The collection also includes a PeaceShell belted short system and sun hat.
An expected collaboration
The Satisfy x Oakley collaboration will feature pieces priced between $115 and $405 USD and is expected to be available at select retailers as well as Oakley and Satisfy stores worldwide. The first part of the collection will be launched on May 25. This collaboration is a true revolution in the world of running clothing, combining the Parisian style of Satisfy with the technical eyewear expertise of Oakley.
