Teddy Santis, the founder and artistic director of Aimé Leon Dore , is known for his talent and creativity in fashion. He not only successfully runs his own brand, but has also been named creative director of New Balance's Made In USA division. Recently, he announced an unprecedented collaboration between Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance which should cause a sensation among sneaker fans.
After the success of the three colors of Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 860v2, the collaboration between the two brands continues with the release of the New Balance 1906R.
This new pair of shoes is the result of meticulous and refined work which results in a very elaborate construction. The cream mesh is enhanced by silver and green leather inserts as well as a dark green TPU reinforcement which brings a touch of character to the toebox. The shoe quarter sports the famous N-Lock, but for this edition, it will be copper. The Aimé Léon Doré logo will be present on the tongue and on the insoles.

Sandy Liang, the New York designer known for her whimsical creations, is renowned for her eccentric designs, often filled with flowers and vibrant colors. His collaboration with Salomon is no exception to this rule. Inspired by her Chinatown grandmother and Downtown's hippest seniors, Liang created a pink version of the XT-6 drawing inspiration from her love of cartoons and their pastel tones.
The pair of shoes features a nostalgic pink and green reminiscent of beloved Pokémon characters. This contemporary take on an outdoor classic is dressed in a breathable, lightweight synthetic mesh that's accented with an anime floral decal.
